☆Measuring Environment 1)This TSS-5X can not measure the target which is through the infrared rays. 2)The conditions of your measurment target are below;- @Size : more than φ40mm AEven if your measurement target size is more than φ40mm, it is possible if the measurement area touches 3 feet of the sensor head as equivalence aspect. BMeasurement shape : Flat 3)Please operate this device within 10〜45℃. Especially, please avoid the rapid change of temperature in the peripheral area of this device. Because such a rapid change of temperature will generate error at the measuring value. In the case of the high precision measurement, keeping fixed ambient temperature is needed. Please also note the wind of air-conditioner, because it influences greatly to measure. 4)The attached standard pieces as accessory become the standard of the emissivity measurement. Please keep the clean everytime. 5)The focus of this device is not changeable. When 3 feet of sensor head is customized, exact measurement can not be done. 6)Also, exists dust, gas, steam, moisture, strong magnetism and electric field will generate error at the measurement value. Due to these factors, this device may be sometimes broken. 7)Ambient temperature of optical sensor head is 70℃ max. Also, that of the measurement indication unit is 60℃ max.
